OUR MISSION

Is to safeguard the dignity and overall well being of children who suffer from facial deformities by promoting excellence in reconstructive care.

We believe that no child should have to walk through life plagued by bullying, social isolation and insecurity from a deformity that they could not control.

The John Lester Foundation was born from the belief that every child should have the ability to smile, to make friends, and to have the self-confidence to live a prosperous life.

​

For children with facial deformities whether caused by birth defect, trauma or diseases like cancer they are unfairly challenged with a life without these basic simplicities. 

Our Vision is a world where all children are aware of reconstructive treatment options, have access to these life changing operations and receive the absolute best in care regardless of financial situation or location. â€‹
